Summer Spanish Immersion Programs for Teens

For teenagers looking for something to do with their high school summer break, our school provides two fantastic types of summer Spanish immersion programs for teens from 14 to 18 years old.

One option is to sign up for our teen intensives, which includes 1 to 12 weeks in a general intensive Spanish course of 10, 20, 25 or 30 lessons per week alongside students of all ages. The main difference between our normal Intensives and our Teen Intensives is that our teen participants will stay in host families instead of residences or apartments to ensure that they feel comfortable and cared for.

A second option is our Junior Summer Program, where international students from over 32 countries spend time learning Spanish (4 lessons each morning), participating in fun activities and going on excursions. Adapting to the ages of our participants, students enjoy a moderately independent lifestyle that allows them to explore the city while encouraging them to be responsible for themselves and their commitments. They can choose between staying with a host family or staying in the program residence alongside their peers.
