Spanish Literature Course
When you sign up for the Spanish + Literature at Enforex Granada, you will examine the most important Spanish and Latin American authors en route to acquiring a global understanding of the Spanish literary cannon. All texts will be read and analyzed in the language in which they were written: Spanish. We will focus on key literary trends and analyze the characteristics of important literary epochs, such as the Golden Age, the Romantic era, the Generation of 1927, the Contemporary Novel, and many more.
With these objectives in mind, the Spanish literature course syllabus includes works by literary masters as varied as Cervantes, Lorca, Cela, García Márquez, Isabel Allende, Borges and Carlos Fuentes. Along the way, you will be exponentially improving your language skills and acquiring an in-depth understanding of both Spanish and Latin American cultures.
Spanish Literature Course Granada Characteristics
- Start dates 2012: January 2; March 5; June 18; July 9; September 3; October 1
- At least a high intermediate level of Spanish is required
- 10 general Spanish language lessons / week
- 10 lessons dedicated to the study of Spanish language literature / week
- Duration: 2 or 4 weeks
- Studies complemented by extra-curricular activities accompanied by an Enforex instructor in Granada, such as visits to museums and other cultural centers.
